High temperature resistant quartz fiber


Classification:

High temperature resistant optical fiber is mainly suitable for sensing, communication, lighting and other fields in harsh environments such as high temperature and high humidity. The coating modulus is large, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant; the gas-containing acrylic resin can ensure the long-term stable use of the optical fiber below 150 ℃, and the polyimide ester coating can make the optical fiber work stably in the environment below 300 ℃.

    1-Fluorinated Polyester Coated High Temperature Optical Fiber

    This product is a new type of high temperature resistant optical fiber developed on the basis of hard plastic cladding. The optical fiber is coated with special polyester coating to make the optical fiber resistant to high temperature and reduce the use cost. The use temperature is 200 ℃ in the short term and -65~150 ℃ in the long term.

    In addition, the geometric size can be customized according to customer needs, and the coating thickness and numerical aperture of the quartz glass cladding diameter of 100 ~ 660μm can also be customized.

    2-Polyimide ester coating high temperature fiber.

    This optical fiber is a heat-cured coating high-temperature resistant optical fiber with a regular standard coating thickness of 30±5jim and a higher temperature resistance. The operating temperature is: short-term resistance of 350°C and long-term resistance of -65 ~ 30CTC. Geometry, numerical aperture and coating thickness can be customized according to customer requirements.

    Note: Because the material of high temperature resistant coating is hard, the attenuation test should be loosely wound on a plate with a diameter greater than 900px.

    In addition to the above products, high-temperature coating can also be applied to optical fiber products with different core/package ratios and different numerical apertures (such as 200 μm,300 μm,330 μm,400 μm,440 μm, etc.) according to customer requirements.
