HY-ROF-MINI Series Small Analog Broadband Optical Transceiver Module


The HY-ROF series small analog broadband optical transceiver module is a low-cost, high-performance analog broadband optical transceiver with a very wide dynamic range, designed for fiber RF applications. A pair of transceivers will create a bidirectional RF-to-optical and light-to-RF conversion and transmission link that can provide high spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) operating from 500KHz to 3GHz. The standard optical connector is FC/APC for low back reflection applications, and the RF interface is via a 50 ohm SMA connector. The receiver uses a high-performance InGaAs photodiode, the transmitter uses a linear optical isolation FP/DFB laser, the optical fiber uses a 9/125 μm single-mode fiber, and the operating wavelength is 1.3 or 1.5 μm.
