This light source is mainly used in the field of clock frequency measurement, can be used with electro-optic modulator, load time frequency signal, and transmit the signal through optical fiber. It can also be used for the measurement of optical devices in 850nm band, such as the responsivity or response time test of high-speed Si-PIN/APD photodetector, CMOS, CCD and other devices.
