DML Series 1550nm High Bandwidth Directly Modulation Laser Module


HY-DML series 1550nm analog broadband direct modulation laser module adopts highly linear microwave direct modulation DFB laser (DML), fully transparent working mode, without RF drive amplifier, and integrates automatic power control (APC) and automatic temperature control (ATC) circuits, ensuring that the laser can transmit microwave RF signals up to 18GHz with long distance, high bandwidth and flat response, provides superior performance linear fiber optic communications for a variety of analog broadband microwave applications. Due to avoid the use of expensive coaxial cable or waveguide, the transmission distance limit is canceled, greatly improving the signal quality and reliability of microwave communication, can be widely used in long-range wireless, timing and reference signal distribution, telemetry and delay line microwave communication field.
