Mini 1310 series multifunctional integrated optical waveguide modulator (Y waveguide) with polarization and detection, beam splitting and beam combination and electro-optical phase modulation and other functions. The theoretical design ensures that the product has high performance, the process preparation ensures that the product has high reliability, and the production control ensures that the batch product has high consistency. It has the characteristics of low insertion loss, high polarization extinction ratio and high linearity of electro-optical phase modulation in the whole temperature range. Using microelectronic technology and micro-optical technology production, polarization maintaining fiber alignment coupling packaging technology production, can also be customized according to customer requirements of different working wavelengths, different packaging forms and other special specifications of the device.
